IV Set Manufacturing needs many IV Set Manufacturing Machine to work together. It is quite similar to Plastic Syringe Manufacturing. At the beginning, plastic parts of Infusion Set will be made by molding machine and Plastic Injection Molds, such as plastic spike, spike cap, flow regulator etc. Its tube usually will be made by the Tube Extruder. And then it is kinds of Automatic Assembly Machine for each parts. After assembly of its each part, it will need workers to connect PVC tube with each part. And the final two steps are individual packing and sterilization. Our IV Set Machine will be designed on customers` samples to produce.
