PS board is commonly known as "organic board"

PS board is made of polystyrene as the main raw material and extruded. It can be freely colored, odorless, odorless, non-toxic, non-bacterial growth. It has the advantages of rigidity, insulation and good printability. It is mainly used in packaging, container equipment, daily decoration, general electrical appliances and construction industries.

PS board is commonly known as "organic board". Its chemical name is Polystyrene polystyrene. Its density is 1.02~1.08. It is a thermoplastic with high transparency (transparency is second only to that of plexiglass), excellent electrical insulation, high frequency insulation, brittle quality, impact resistance, weatherability and aging resistance are worse than those of plexiglass. Its mechanical and thermal processing properties are inferior to those of plexiglass. General chemical corrosion, chemical stability, hardness and organic glass is similar, water absorption and thermal expansion coefficient is less than organic glass, the price is lower than organic glass.

Characteristics and uses:

The product is made of polystyrene as the main raw material and extruded. It can be colored freely, odorless, odorless, non-toxic, non-bacterial growth. It has the advantages of rigidity, insulation and good printability. It is mainly used in packaging, container equipment, daily decoration, general electrical appliances and construction industries.

PS polystyrene decorative board is a kind of polymer organic board extruded by polystyrene granular moulding plastics on the extruder.

Feature editor

PS polystyrene decorative board is thermoplastic. The specific gravity is 1.05, the melting temperature is 150-180 C, the absorptivity is low, and the transmittance can reach 88-92%. It is resistant to organic acids, alkalis, salts and lower alcohols, and soluble in esters and ketones.
