TIMTOS (The Taipei Int’l Machine Tool Show) is on track for the biggest show of its 24-edition history. In fact, all indicators are saying that the next event will hit record size when Taiwan’s flagship event on machine tools unfolds next March 5th to 10th.
Already 937 direct exhibitors have signed up to take booths at the event that covers an area of 100,000 sq. meters.
Even in tough times, Taiwan’s machine tool industry has remained resilient seeing exports grow by 12.3% in the first quarter of 2012 on the same period in 2011. It’s no secret how the island’s unique network of industry cluster-syndicates permit producers to flex with the punches by altering scale, type and mode of production to even match individual orders.
More good news has come with data showing the top 5 exporting countries of China & Hong Kong, USA, Thailand, Turkey and Germany continuing double digit growth in the first quarter of 2012 on the previous year.
Be sure to register early for this not-to-miss event at TWTC Hall 1, 2 & 3 and NANGANG Exhibition Hall in Taipei next March! Pre-registered overseas visitors will get one night extra for free!
